What is freedom in my "opinion?"

Freedom is of itself. Nobody defines how free you are, freedom is what you innately have and been given. Accept it, there is no form, law or drug that defines this freedom. You choose what to do with your freedom, but you already have it. It is perhaps the most healing resource of all because it is of nature and of awareness. Alike, life is life, and we are living life, as living beings who is called a form of “life”, be who YOU are.

Why do i shift the speak from me to you?

I am not the only one on this earth, and my purpose to my belief is to help this world; so why should it only be about me? We are literally in this together, and there are clear changes that need to be made within our time, and so I will shift any day if it gets us to turn in the right direction or move away from the constant no-change but bad-change conformity. Like the coach-client relationship, I shift to you as you shift to me, there is nothing bad with this way of action. It becomes natural for me at this point, because my passion is not within me, but within nature; we are only messengers, and I am not the only one.

What to do if confused about certain topics, diets, notions, philosophies etc. or are finding contradictions in many places, leading to more confusion?

First of all, we are all independent human beings, we likely should not side with anyone or anything fully. However, understanding and reasoning plays a critical role here; as well as critical thinking skills, for it is important to keep an open mind to ALL topics and sides, because you also don’t know fully. Nobody knows fully. Generally however, there is a consensus, and even more-so looking at modern technology concerns (GMOs, Chemtrails) as opposed to writings of things we are likely to “confirm” now that has been written centuries and thousands of years ago (Nutrition, where modern technologies were not even thought of), supposedly. Receiving contradictory information is hard for many due to cognitive dissonance and echo chambers, however being open to it only allows us to expand our mind more and see the bigger picture, to where the whole is addressed but the root may be more-likely spotted. This is why it is not good to have a definitive position, although most look for this; it’s similar to a quick solution or a politician claiming we should do something definitively; flexibility is important. I am not definitive on this either, because it’s a matter of perspective toward such understanding. Breaking the barriers to receiving “truth” is not easy, and it took me through many sensitive road-trips where I did not know what to think, what to trust or what to perceive etc. You are not alone, especially if you are a researcher like me or are looking into more and more information. You especially are not alone with nature, for it is the best healer most definitively because it is of the question, and is where learning can manifest within your own life. It is simple, yet complex if we want it to be; we have simple needs, and can discern simple foods compared to foods altered by man. The natural way of life will tell us more than all, however come to your own conclusions upon all, and keeping nature by your side will keep your journey going (living awareness and experiencing).

What is the nature of health coaching?

It's a process, and we can learn from each other. The client leads the talk, even if they don't want to get better; they naturally will with a coach who holds them accountable, talks with them, promotes their positivity, makes them more aware, helps them do little things at a time more and more with lots of self-realizations. The nature of this process WORKS. Everyone has different goals, environments, reactions etc. and so starting with a beginners mind, talking with people 1 on 1 and getting REALLY curious, open about their situation will be healing within itself; some people simple want to rant, release and express. It's a matter of expression, and disease is an expression of the body.

What is the approach?

We are real people promoting real food working with real people for them to achieve real health and get in touch with the real world of real self.
